No collar, doesn’t want to come to close to people- not sure if b/c scared. I have been feeding him(?) Some hard food and occasionally moist food, water as well. Slowly is warming up to me and my daughter. Black and white ( see picture) greenish eyes. Looks to be about maybe 1 , 1 1/2 yr old... then again maybe just small . There is a light orange kitten that follows him(?) everywhere. We think maybe the kitten just got attached to him(?) , but then maybe they are both strays. We just
