LOST CAT: Answers to ‘Frankie’. She’s a black domestic long hair cat. Collarless (neighbors called us and gave us her collar, which was found on their front lawn.). Her build is on the husky side. 12 lbs. Eyes are green. She has a white patch of fur on her chest, but is black everywhere else. Friendly, but might be skittish around strangers, especially men.
