He is black and white (Tuxedo) with a scratch on his nose. He has short smooth hair and no collar. He was feral as a kitten (late last summer) and is still small. He may not do well with new people as he was very hard to domesticate to the extent that he is. He's been out in the cold and has never experienced winter before.
