Pet Description:

Black cat with white stripe down nose, white socks that are short in front and long in the back, friendly with humans, very skinny. Around 3p, cat was hiding under a car, brought into common space entryway and offered food. Cat accepted pets and being picked up, but wasn't interested in the food. Meowed loudly to be let back out, so we did and left food on the step. We thought this may have been the neighbors cat, but our neighbor said no.
