He's a cream or white bangle/tabby medium length fur and medium size with goldish brown eyes. He's very friendly and meows a lot, is not fixed and is very used to the outside except for eating. I think someone is feeding him that's why he hasn't come home. He has a shaved inner right leg from when a burst cat fight abscess healed recently.
